Returns and Exchanges Policy (For B2B Clients)

1. Scope

This policy applies to all business clients (B2B) who have signed a purchase agreement with us. We are committed to providing high-quality products and services to ensure customer satisfaction. Should any quality issues arise during our cooperation, we will address them according to the terms outlined below.​

2. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

  1. Quality Issues: If you discover manufacturing defects, functional abnormalities, or other quality issues upon receiving the products, please contact us within 7 working days and provide relevant evidence (such as photos or inspection reports). Once confirmed, we will offer return, exchange, or repair services.​
  2. Shipping Damage: If products are damaged during shipping, please note this upon receipt and provide relevant photos and descriptions within 24 hours. We will assist you in filing a claim with the logistics company and offer appropriate compensation or exchange services based on the situation.​
  3. Non-Quality Issues: For return or exchange requests not related to quality issues, we will evaluate and handle them based on the actual situation. Depreciation fees and shipping costs may apply. Specific terms will be detailed in the purchase agreement between both parties.​锂电池制造商

3. Return and Exchange Process

  1. Submit Application: Clients must submit a return or exchange application via email or phone within the specified time frame, providing relevant order information and a description of the issue.​
  2. Review and Confirmation: We will review the application within 2 working days and confirm the handling plan with the client.​
  3. Return Processing: If a return is confirmed, clients should send the products back to the designated address following our instructions. Returned products must be in their original packaging, with all accessories intact, and unused or undamaged.​
  4. Exchange or Refund: Upon receiving and verifying the returned products, we will process the exchange or refund within 7 working days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or another method agreed upon by both parties.​

4. Special Notes

  • Customized Products: Except for quality issues, customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.​
  • Warranty Service: All products come with a 12-month warranty. Please refer to the product warranty agreement for specific terms.​
  • Cost Responsibility: For returns or exchanges due to quality issues or shipping damage, we will bear the related costs. For returns or exchanges due to client reasons, the client will bear the related costs.​
