Warranty&Shipping Program

Our warranty covers all manufacturing defects, functional failures under normal use, and quality issues for a full 3 years. We also offer technical support and replacement options to ensure your business runs without interruption.

To file a warranty claim, simply contact our support team with your order details, product model, and a description of the issue. Our team will guide you through the process and arrange a repair, replacement, or solution as quickly as possible.

We provide global shipping via DHL, FedEx, UPS, and bulk freight by air or sea — including door-to-door service with customs clearance. You may also choose your own forwarder.

We accept returns for defective or non-conforming products reported within 30 days of receipt. All returns must be authorized in advance. Once approved, we’ll arrange for repair, replacement, or refund based on the situation. Custom or OEM products may have different return terms — please contact us for details.

Returns & Exchanges

Yes, you can return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery if the products are defective, damaged, or do not meet agreed specifications. All returns or exchanges must be pre-approved. Custom or OEM items may be non-returnable — please contact us for confirmation.

To return an order, please contact our support team with your order number, product details, and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide shipping instructions and process your return upon receipt and inspection. Depending on the situation, we’ll offer a replacement, repair, or refund.

As a B2B supplier, we do not run retail-style sales. However, we offer competitive pricing, volume discounts, and custom quotes for bulk or OEM orders. Feel free to contact us for tailored pricing.

We currently ship directly to most countries worldwide. While we don’t operate physical retail stores, we work with distributors and partners in select regions. Contact us to check availability or discuss local sourcing options in your country.

We have agents in the United States, Mexico, Canada, Australia, Morocco, Senegal, Japan, etc. In other countries where we do not have agents yet, you can also contact us directly.

Pricing may vary slightly between our authorized agents and the factory, depending on order volume, local service, and logistics. However, all agents follow our official pricing policy to ensure fair and transparent quotes. For the best rate, feel free to contact us directly.

Shipping & Recent Orders

Delivery times depend on the shipping method and destination. Express carriers like DHL, FedEx, or UPS typically take 5–10 business days. Air or sea freight for bulk orders may take 25–60 days. Once your order ships, we’ll send tracking information so you can monitor its progress.

Business days refer to the standard working days in a week — typically Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Shipping and processing times are calculated based on business days.

Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you an email with the tracking number, carrier details, and a link to track your package in real time. If you haven’t received this email within a few days of placing your order, please contact our support team with your order number.
